摘要
为研究喷油器在有效喷射面积基本不变前提下喷孔数对高强化柴油机性能的影响,应用FIRE软件对不同喷孔数的燃烧过程进行数值模拟。计算结果表明在涡流比一定的情况下,喷孔数的改变直接影响缸内燃油分布情况与雾化情况,进而影响到发动机内部燃烧和整机排放。为了验证数值模拟的正确性,与实验结果对比证明此方法准确可行。
In order to study the injector in the effective jet area basically unchanged on the premise of number of nozzle holes on diesel engine performance,the application of FIRE software for different number of nozzle holes of combustion process numerical simulation.The calculation results showed that the swirl ratio under the condition of a certain number of nozzle holes,changes directly affect in cylinder fuel distribution and atomization,and then affect the internal combustion engine and engine emissions.The experimental results proved that numerical simulation was accurate and feasible.
