摘要 目的探讨国际矿业和金属理事会(ICMM)定性风险评价在职业病危害预评价工作的应用。方法分别采用ICMM法和类比法预测某项目职业病危害因素可能存在的风险,并对2种评价方法结果的一致性进行比较。结果类比法与ICMM法分别对有毒有害作业进行分级,其中一致的有4个岗位,不一致的有2个岗位,2种方法对有毒有害作业分级结果基本一致,但存在一定的差异。结论 ICMM定性风险评价在职业病危害预评价工作中有一定的应用价值,在类比法受到条件限制时,ICMM定性风险评价不失为一种有效的评价方法。 [Objective]To explore the application of ICMM qualitative risk assessment in occupational hazard pre-evaluation.[Methods]ICMM and analogy method were respectively applied to forecast the possible occupational risk factors in a project,and the results of these two methods were compared to find the consistency between them.[Results]The toxic and hazardous operations were classified with analog method and ICMM respectively,and the results of four jobs were the same while those of the other two were different.Basically,these two methods had the same classification results,but there still were some differences.[Conclusion]ICMM qualitative risk assessment is useful in the occupational hazard pre-evaluation.When the application of analog method is affected due to conditions,ICMM could be regarded as an effective way of qualitative risk assessment.
