职业病危害因素化学有害物质检测结果与分析

摘要 将聚酯纤维制造企业作为研究对象,使用分析法,对聚酯纤维生产过程之中可能会产生的职业病危害因素进行分析。通过调查发现,在聚酯纤维的生产线中存在的职业病危害的元素有噪声、高温、化学有害物质等,部分岗位噪声检测结果不符合国家职业卫生限制标准,同时发现工人们在生产的过程中对自身的保护意识不足,在生产过程中不注重对个体保护用具的使用,在符合安全规章的情况下减少了因为操作而受伤的危险,但是对这些潜移默化的危害却不是非常的注重。建议企业需要对不符合国家职业卫生限制标准的部分尽快进行整改,对各项生产设备和防护用具进行定期的检查及维护,需要对员工进行个体保护用具使用的教育、监督,从而在各个方面减少职业病的发生。 The polyester fiber manufacturing enterprises are taken as the research object,and the analysis method is used to analyze the occupational disease hazards that may occur in the process of polyester fiber production.Through investigation,it is found that in order to ensure the quality of production,the elements of occupational disease hazards in the polyester fiber production line are noise,high temperature and chemical harmful substances,and the noise detection results of some posts are not in line with the national standard At the same time,it is found that workers do not pay attention to the use of personal protective equipment in the production process,which reduces the risk of injury due to operation in line with the safety regulations,but they do not pay much attention to these subtle hazards.It is suggested that enterprises should rectify the parts that do not meet the national occupational health restriction standards as soon as possible,regularly inspect and maintain various production equipment and protective equipment,and educate and supervise the use of individual protective equipment for employees,so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases in all aspects.
