摘要
受传统文化和现今社会经济条件制约,我国养老服务社会化改革中出现了一些问题,使得老年人的合法权益难以得到保障。厘清社会化养老服务机制中各责任主体的职能,建立健全社会组织参与的法律机制,逐渐将养老服务社会化、专业化,是我国养老服务改革的关键。
Some problems in the reform of elderly care services are inevitable due to traditional culture and current economic,social conditions.Thus governments must clarify all the institutional responsibilities,and improve the legal framework on the elderly care services so as to encourage social resources and eventually achieve the socialization of elderly care services.
