摘要
将毛细管电泳荧光检测技术应用于烟草SSR标记研究,分析我国审(认)定通过的63份烤烟与8份白肋烟种质的遗传多样性。选取36对SSR引物,共扩增产生多态性带205条。运用NTSYS-pc2.10e软件计算Dice遗传相似系数,结果显示71份烟草种质的遗传相似系数介于0.223-0.924之间,平均为0.658。表明我国审(认)定通过的烟草栽培种间的遗传基础狭窄、遗传多样性不丰富。
Genetic diversity of 63 flue-cured and 8 burley tobacco varieties in China' s national list were analyzed using capillary electrophoresis with fluorescent detection technology. 36 pairs of SSR primers were selected to amplify which generated 205 DNA bands with highly polymorphic. Dice genetic similarity coefficient, calculated by NTSYS-pc2.10e software, ranged from 0.223 to 0.924, with an average of 0.658. It was concluded that genetic basis of present cultivated varieties in China was narrow resulting in poor genetic diversity.
