烟草种质资源及烤烟杂交组合对青枯病的抗性评价 被引量:16

摘要 在对 8 5份烟草种质及 4 6份烤烟 F1 组合进行的青枯病抗性鉴定中 ,未发现免疫或高抗材料 ,但不同材料对青枯病的抗性表现不同 ,感病材料发病早 ,病情指数上升速度快 ;抗病材料发病迟 ,病情指数上升速度慢。 85份种质中筛选出了OX2 0 2 8、RG1 7、K35 8等 1 0份抗病种质及岩烟 97、RG1 1、OX94 0等 2 4份中抗青枯病种质。杂交组合的抗病性总体上优于烟草种质 ,以抗或中抗为主 ,但没有明显优势 。 The resistance to bacterial wilt of 85 tobacco germ resources and 46 hybridized combinations of flue-cured tobacco were evaluated .The results showed that there were no immune or high-resistance cultivars. The symptom found in sensitive cultivars was earlier than resistive cultivars . the upswing speed of disease index in sensitive cultivars was rapider than resistive cultivars. 10 resistive cultivars , such as OX2028?RG17?K358, and 24 mid-resistive cultivars such as Yangyan 97?RG11?OX940 , were identified in 85 cultivars.As a whole the resistance of F 1 beng resistive or mid-resistive were higher than tobacco germ, but no sighificant aduantage. Their resistance tended to low-resistiveparent.
