摘要
对传统的硫酸亚铁铵制备实验进行了减量化、绿色化改造研究,通过实验条件的优化,提高了产品的产率和纯度。改进后的实验一方面减少了环境污染,增强了广大师生的环保意识,实现了实验教学的绿色化,另一方面降低了实验消耗、节省实验经费,全面提高人才的培养质量和效益。
The preparation experiment of ammonium ferrous sulfate is a classic comprehensive experiment for the students of learning chemistry curriculums. The conventional experiment content for the preparation of ammonium ferrous sulfate of the miniaturization and greenization transformation is studied. The yield and the purity of ammonium ferrous sulfate are increased by optimizing the experimental process. The improved experiment for experimental teaching with normal experiment devices, on one hand, can reduce environmental pollution in laboratory, enhance teachers and students' the consciousness of environmental protection, and realize greening experimental teaching, and on the other hand, can greatly reduce the experimental reagent wastage, save experimental expenditure, and raise the quality and benefit of the talent training.
