摘要
在机械原理课程设计中,学生通常使用图解法进行机构的运动学分析计算。为了克服这种方法的不足,本文在RecurDyn软件环境下以牛头刨床为实例,建立仿真模型,并进行运动仿真分析。最后得到牛头刨刀的位移、速度、加速度和曲柄平衡力矩曲线。通过使用虚拟样机技术,改变了传统的图解法设计,为机械原理课程设计提供一个新的教学方法。
In the Curriculum design of mechanical principle, students usually use the graphical method to carry out kinematics analysis and calculation. In order to overcome the disadvantages of this method, based on the P, ecurDyn software environment, shaping machine is taken as an example, simulation model is set up, motion simulation analysis is carried on. At last the displacement, velocity, acceleration curve of planer tool and balance torque curve of the crank, are obtained. Through the use of virtual prototype technology, The traditional graphical method design is changed, a new teaching method is provided for the Curriculum design of mechanical principles.
