摘要
高质量教师培养是国际教师教育追求的一个目标。本文提出了我国高质量教师培养的十个条件,即:大学普通本科及以上院校、专业学院体系及其教师教育的学科专业制度、设计定量和定性相结合的选拔制度、小班化教学和互动参与的大学课堂模式、以研究为主的专业训练、教师教育课程的实践属性、鲜明的教学理念、学科课程和专业课程整合、较长时间的独立专业实践、高质量的教师教育者队伍。
The training of high-quality teachers is a goal of teacher education all over the world. This paper gives ten requirements for the training of high-quality teachers in China, that is, the disciplinary system for four-year college program or higher, the disciplinary system for other col- lege programs, a selection system combining quantitative and qualitative criteria, small class model with interaction between the teacher and students, research-oriented training, practical courses for teacher education, clear teaching concept, integration of all courses, fairly long independent training, and high-quality teaching team.
