摘要
目的:对小切口手法碎核治疗小瞳孔硬核白内障的效果进行观察。方法:选择我院2011年12月-2012年12月106例小瞳孔硬核白内障患者,采用小切口手法碎核治疗,对患者术后的视力恢复、散光及并发症进行观察。结果:106例白内障患者(129只眼)术后30天视力达到0.5以上的患者85只眼,占65.89%;视力在0.8以上26只眼,低于0.5者18只眼,占13.95%。视力达0.5以上患者所占比例明显大于<0.5的患者,具有代表性(P<0.05)。患者手术前平均散光度为(0.35±0.27)D,手术后1d、7d、30d平均散光度(0.42±0.31)D、(0.39±0.32)D、(0.37±0.31)D,患者手术前与手术后1d、7d、30d散光度比较差异无显著性,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。106例患者(129只眼)共发生并发症9只眼,并发症发生率为8.49%;其中前葡萄膜炎3只眼,术后角膜内皮水肿3只眼,眼压增高2只眼,虹膜部分粘连1只眼,所有患者均经对症治疗后症状在1周内消失。结论:小切口手法碎核白内障摘除术手术步骤及操作简单,对患者视力影响小,能降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective：Small incision nuclear fracture treatment of small pupil hard nucleus cataract effect were observed.Methods：our hospital in December 2011-2012 12 106 cases of small pupil hard nucleus cataract patients,the use of small incision nuclear fracture treatment,the patients with postoperative visual acuity,astigmatism,and complications were observed.Results：106 cases of cataract patients（129 eyes） 30 days after the vision of more than 0.5 in 85 eyes of patients,accounting for 65.89%;26 eyes visual acuity of 0.8 or more,down from 0.5 in 18 eyes,accounting for 13.95%.The visual acuity of 0.5 or more patients proportion significantly greater than 0.5 in patients having a representation（P〈 0.05）.Patients with pre-operative astigmatism（0.35 ±0.27）D,the day after surgery,7d,30D average astigmatism（0.42±0.31）D,（0.39±0.32） D,（0.37 ±0.31）D,patients before surgery after 1d,7d,30d astigmatism degree no significant difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.106 patients（129 eyes）with a total of nine eye complications,the complication rate was 8.49% ;anterior uveitis eyes,corneal endothelial edema three eyes,increased intraocular pressure,two eyes,iris part of the adhesion of an eye,and all patients after symptomatic treatment symptoms disappeared within 1 week.Conclusion：a small incision broken nuclear cataract removal surgery surgical procedures and simple operation,visual acuity,can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
