摘要
在应变和温度扫描以及不同扫描时间间隔的条件下,用橡胶加工分析仪研究了偶联剂Si 69对白炭黑/炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)动态黏弹性能的影响。结果表明,在第1次应变扫描过程中,随着炭黑用量的增加,SSBR混炼胶的弹性模量(G')逐渐降低,偶联剂作用减弱;添加偶联剂后,SSBR硫化胶中填料聚集程度减弱;在第2次应变扫描过程中,随着与第1次应变扫描时间间隔的延长,应力软化减弱,且温度对填料聚集影响程度大于压力的影响;随着温度的升高,混炼胶的G'逐渐下降,并且随着炭黑用量的增加,偶联剂作用减弱;在较高应变下,添加偶联剂混炼胶的初始转矩高于未添加偶联剂混炼胶,且弛豫速率较快。
Effect of coupling agent Si 69 on the dynamic viscoelastic properties of solution polymer-ized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) filled with silica/carbon black was studied using rubber pro-cessing analyzer under the conditions of strain and temperature scannings and different scanning inter-vals. The results showed that in the first strain scan-ning process, with the increase of carbon black amount, the storage modulus (G') of SSBR com-pounds reduced gradually, and the function of cou- pling agent Si 69 decreased, while filler aggregation abated for the vulcanizates with Si 69. During the secondary strain scanning, with the increase of scan-ning interval, the stress softening phenomenon aba-ted, and the influence of temperature on filler aggre-gation was greater than that of pressure. During tem-perature scanning, G' of the compounds declined with increasing the temperature, and the effect of Si 69 on filler-dispersion weakened with the increase of carbon black. At higher strain, the initial torque of the compounds filled with coupling agent was higher and the relaxation rate was faster than those of the compounds without coupling agent.
