摘要
利用橡胶加工分析仪RPA2000检测聚合物在老化过程中橡胶微观结构的变化,即通过粘弹性的变化来评价不同防老剂防护性能的好坏,再结合老化过程中宏观性能的变化凝胶含量的试验结果,综合判断防老剂的防护效果,为评价防老剂的防护效果提供了一种简单、有效的方法。文中评价了两种防老剂JL和YS在顺丁橡胶BR9000中的应用效果,结论为:防老剂JL较防老剂YH具有较好的老化防护效果。
Rubber process analyzer RPA2000 was used to detect the change of rubber microstructure in the aging process of polymer,that is,to evaluate the protection performance of different anti-aging systems by the change of viscoelasticity,combined with the test results of the changes of macro properties in the aging process,such as gel content,the comprehensive evaluation of the protection effect of the anti-aging system provides a simple and effective method for the evaluation of the protection effect of the anti-aging system.In this paper,the application effect of two anti-aging systems JL and YS in BR 9000 was evaluated and the conclusion was that the anti-aging agent JL had better anti-aging effect than the anti-aging agent YH.
