摘要
实施岗位聘用后,高校教师考核工作较以前会有较大变化,原有的考核办法已不能适应新形势的需要。文章以巢湖学院为例,通过对聘用前的考核情况及存在的问题,提出在首次聘用后对考核的设想。
After the implementation of post employment, university teachers' assessment work will be great changed than before. The original assessment methods have been unable to meet the needs of the new situation.
