摘要
比较3种不同DNA提取试剂盒(宝生物、天根、LGC)在转基因产品检测中的应用效果,分别提取玉米、水稻和大豆种子的基因组DNA。结果表明,天根DNA提取试剂盒DP305更为适合从作物种子中提取基因组DNA进行转基因成分检测。
To compare the application effects of three kinds of different characteristics of DNA extraction kits（TaKaRa,Tiangen,LGC） in transgenic products component testing,the genomic DNA of corn,rice and soybean seeds were extracted respectively.The results showed that Tiangen DNA extraction kit DP305 was suitable for extracting genome DNA from crop seeds for testing genetically modified ingredients.
