摘要
近年来,高职毕业生越来越受到企业的欢迎,但还有少数同学存在就业障碍,应对这部分学生进行分析,并针对问题找到解决的途径。高职院校应通过单独指导职业生涯规划、开展基本技能竞赛、模拟加现场招聘会、指导社会实践等一系列有针对性的就业指导工作,帮助这部分学生克服自身障碍,做好就业心理准备,建立良好的就业心态,提升就业能力。
In recent years,higher vocational graduates have been welcomed more and more by enterprises.But among the students,there are a small number of students having barriers to employment.Through the analysis of this part of the students,and aiming at the problem,this paper finds out the solution.Higher vocational colleges should carry out a series of targeted employment guidance,including the guidance of careers plan independently,the development of basic skills competition,the simulation of on-site job fair and the guidance of social practice,to help students overcome their barriers,get employment psychological preparation,build good employment psychology and improve employment ability.
