摘要
当前,缺乏吸引力仍是制约职业教育持续、快速、健康发展的重要因素之一。职业教育吸引力有其独特的来源、构成和相互作用关系。职业教育吸引力缺乏的原因主要有传统文化影响、企业不热衷、职业教育质量不高等。对职业院校而言,增强职业教育吸引力需从提高专业建设水平、建立健全教育教学质量保障体系等内涵建设的角度入手。
At present,lacking attraction is one of important factors to limit vocational education＇s sustainable,rapid and healthy development.The attraction of vocational education has its unique source,composition and interaction relationship.The reason for lacking attraction of vocational education can be analyzed from the affection of traditional culture,enterprises＇ unconcern,and the poor vocational education quality.It should strengthen the attraction of vocational education for vocational colleges from the connotation construction,including the increase of the level of professional construction,and the establishment of educational teaching quality guarantees system.
