摘要
在先进的机械加工中,实现刀具几何参数的在线调整是获得最佳切削特性的有效途径之一。文中通过对自动且连续调整刀具倾斜角度的调整机构与补偿刀尖偏差的补偿机构的分析计算,设计了一种能够在线实时调整刀具几何参数的新型刀架机构。
In the advanced machining, cutting tool geometry parameters adjusted online is one of the most effective way to obtain the best cutting characteristics. Analysis and calculation of compensation mechanism through adjusting mechanism for automatic and continuous adjustment of tool inclination angle and tip bias compensation, design a new frame mechanism online real--time adjustment of cutting tool geometry parameters.
