摘要
针对传统收集架旋转输送辊容易擦伤钢管表面、管间相互摩擦产生表面伤痕以及原有收集架速率较慢且只能单向收集的缺点,设计了一种新型的直缝焊管生产线卸料收集设备,该设备运用磁力辊输送装置、被动式辊道装置、收集过渡装置和收集打包架等装置,有效避免机械动力与钢管的滑动摩擦,达到柔性输送的目的,使钢管生产在实现双向收集的同时避免出现表面划伤,有效提高了收集效率和收集质量,解决了因收集效率问题制约产能的情况。
Aiming at some disadvantages of conventional collected frame, such as rotating roller is easy to scrape steel pipe surface, mutual friction among pipes will cause scar, the working speed of the original collected frame is slow, and only can conduct single direction collection, a kind of new discharging and collecting material device for SAWL production line was designed, which utilizes magnetic roll feeding device, passive roll tract device, collecting transition device and collecting and packing frame to effectively avoid sliding friction between mechanical power and steel pipe, achieve the goal of flexible conveying, realize bidirectional collection and avoid surface scratching, and effectively increase collection efficiency and quality.
