摘要
在不断强化教师资质、提升教师能力,以及《教师教育课程标准》的背景下,我国教师教育职前培训的改革具有重要的现实性。当前高校体育教育专业的教学内容和形式与基础教育存在脱节的现象比较明显。表现在学习项目技能单一,不能满足毕业生从教的需要;大量的高校教师缺乏对基础教育的了解。因此,改革现有高校体育教育专业的课程内容与体系,是提高体育教育专业学生教师职业能力的根本保证;建立人才共育机制,是解决与培养体育教育专业学生教师教育能力差的基本途径。
Under the background of constantly enhancing teacher qualification,boosting teacher capabilities,and the teacher education curriculum standard,the reform of pre-job training in teacher education in China is very important realistically.At present,the signs of the teaching contents and forms of college physical education major deviating from basic education are quite obvious,shown in that learning skills are undiversified,failing to meet graduates’ need for engaging in teaching,and that a lot of college teachers are lacking in understanding basic education.Therefore,reforming the existing curriculum contents and systems of college physical education major is the fundamental assurance for enhancing the teacher occupational capabilities of students majoring in physical education;establishing a mutual talent cultivation mechanism is the basic way to improve the teacher education capabilities of students majoring in physical education.
