摘要
新课程改革实施以来从未将"减负"作为首要目标,结果导致学生课业负担越来越重。本文从教育功能的视角分析学校"减负"遭遇的问题,认为教育功能被夸大与泛化是造成学生课业负担过重的主要原因。学校"减负"只有以国家为主体,重新审视教育的价值及功能,把"减负"作为新课程改革的出发点,才能走出目前的困境。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform "alleviating burdens" has never been the primary target,resulting in the students' schoolwork burden becoming heavier and heavier.This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of schools "alleviating burdens" from the perspective of education function,holds that education function being exaggerated and generalized is the main reasons of the students' overloaded schoolwork.The schools "alleviating burdens" can get out of the present predicament only when it takes country as the main body,re-examines the value and function of education,and takes "alleviating burdens" as the starting point of the new curriculum reform.
