摘要
根据普通单面、双面针织大圆机性能特点,分析了色织针织物的原料选择,指出选用混纺纱可以改善织物的服用性能和外观效果;要根据织物花色、质感以及风格特征来选取纱线结构合适的纱线;合理利用花式纱线。在此基础上,列举了单面双色人字呢织物、双面双色人字呢织物、单面小灯笼提花织物、最窄的色织双面竖条织物的设计方法。原料选择多元化、纱线结构新颖化、组织结构多样化以及织物后整理功能化是大圆机色织产品的发展方向。
Based on the characteristics of common single or double circular knitting machine, the paper ana- lyzes the keys for selecting the raw material of dyed knitted fabrics, including using blended yarns in order to im- prove the wearing properties and appearance effects of fabrics; the yarn structure should be designed properly ac- cording to the colors, quality and style; the fancy yarns should be used reasonably in the process. In addition, it introduces in detail the design methods of 4 kinds dyed yarn knitted fabrics- two-color herringbone single fabric, two-color herringbone double fabric, lantern jacquard single fabric, and the narrowest double dyed fabric with ver- tical stripes. It concludes that variety of raw material, innovation of yarn structure, diversity of fabric structure, and functional finishing process are the developing trends for the dyed yarn knitted fabrics on the circular knitting machine.
