涤棉白坯仿色织嵌条织物的设计

摘要 利用涤纶和棉纤维染色性能上的巨大差异,将其交织物按照白坯织物生产方式加工,然后在后处理时用不同染料对其进行染色,获得的织物不仅外观质量良好、色泽鲜亮,而且可降低加工成本。详述了涤棉嵌条织物的设计,主要包括白坯织物的结构参数设计及上机工艺计算、嵌条的搭配、花型的设计和织物染色工艺等。 The P/C blended fabric was produced according to production process of grey fabric using different dyes in post-treat- ment based on the dyeing properties differences of polyester and cotton. Good quality and bright color of dyed fabric were obtained and the cost of production processing was reduced. The design process of cotton/polyester panel fabric was introduced mainly including design of structure parameters of grey fabric, computer process calculation, panel collocation, design of pattern and fabric dyeing.
