摘要
采用活性蓝BF对大豆蛋白复合纤维/亚麻混纺纱进行染色工艺研究。在对染料固色率的影响因素(温度、碱剂用量、促染剂用量、时间)进行单一分析的基础上,应用正交试验确定了大豆蛋白复合纤维/亚麻混纺纱用活性蓝BF进行染色的优化工艺,即染料用量2%(owf)、纯碱25 g/L、硫酸钠60 g/L,温度65℃,固色时间50 min。性能测试结果表明,活性蓝BF在大豆蛋白复合纤维/亚麻混纺纱上的固色率达到47.87%,且染色产品具有较高的牢度性能,可以满足一般染色产品对色牢度的要求,具有工艺可行性。
Dyeing process to soybean/linen blended yarn with reactive blue BF is carried out,influences of time and temperature,alkali dosage,addition of promoter are analyzed.The optimum conditions are defined by orthogonal experiments,that is,dye concentration 2%(owf),soda ash(25 g/L),Na_2SO_4 60 g/L,fixing at 65 ℃ for 50 minutes.Results of performance test indicate that the fixing rate of reactive blue BF on soybean/linen blended yarn is 47.87%,and the dyed yarns have higher colorfastness which can meet the general requirements for colorfastness.The feasibility of technology is turned out.
