摘要
在高职省级生物技术教学团队的建设过程中,项目组立足自身条件,通过目标建设、成果建设、特色创新以及实践应用等方面的研究探索,建立了"教学、科研、学工"三位一体的教学团队管理模式,取得阶段性成果,旨在进一步推动高职院校各类教学团队建设的探索和实践。
In the process of constructing the province-level teaching team of biological technology in higher vocational colleges, the project team, basing on its own conditions, by research on goals and achievements construction, characteristic creation and practical application, has achieved phased fruits and established a teaching team management mode with the trinity of teaching, research and practice aiming at further exploration and practice in the construction of various teaching teams in higher vocational colleges.
