摘要 研究了钼酸钠浓度对在纯铜表面化学镀Ni-Mo-P合金性能的影响,着重探讨不同钼酸钠浓度对化学镀Ni-Mo-P合金的镀速、表面形貌、微观成分及耐腐蚀性的影响.结果表明,当钼酸钠浓度为0.7 g/L时,镀速最适宜,镀层表面颗粒较其它浓度最小,最均匀,颗粒之间结合最紧密,耐腐蚀性最好. The effect of sodium molybdate concentration on the copper surface of Ni-Mo-P chemical coating has been inves- tigated. The influence of different sodium molybdate concentration on depositing speed, coating morphology, composition and corrosion resistance of the coating layer has been analyzed particularly. The optimum sodium molybdate concentration to be used for coating has been found. The analysis results show that the deposition speed is optimum, the coating layer is e- ven, fine and close while the concentration of sodium molybdate is 0.7g / L, and the corrosion resistance of the layer is ex- cellent.
