摘要
在海洋环境中,涂覆有机涂层是金属腐蚀防护的重要手段。涂层下金属的腐蚀行为与有机涂层的性能密切相关,而涂层分子结构直接影响涂层的性能,尤其是涂层的防腐蚀性能。因此,开展涂层分子结构与其性能的相关性研究具有重要意义。分析了不同环氧树脂的分子结构特点和性能,对相关试验方法进行了研究。
Under marine environment, being coated with organic coating is very important method for metal corrosion protection. The corrosion behavior of metal under coating is corresponding to the perforamnce of organic coating, while the molecular structure of coating directly affect their performance, especially the anticorrosion performance. Therefore, it is vitally important to carry out such studies. The molecular structural characteristics and performance of different epoxy resin and associated experimental methods were discussed in this paper.
