摘要 近年来,各种灾害频繁发生,给人类的生命与财产安全带来了很大的影响。为了解决这样的问题,大量个体和组织迅速地参与到灾害救援工作中来,为了挽救灾民的生命和为其提供救援物资而不懈努力着,组成了一个人道主义物流中的灾害救援网络。文中分析了灾害生命周期各阶段的人道主义灾害救援行动和网络的相关特性,以期为灾后人道主义救援工作提供一定的参考。 In recent years,various disasters have occurred frequently,had a great impact on human life and property safety.In order to response to the problem,a large number of individuals and organizations participated in the disaster relief effort,tried their best to save the lives of victims and provide relief supplies,which formed a disaster relief network in humanitarian logistics.The relief operations in the stages of disaster life cycle and the characteristics of the network were analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the post-disaster humanitarian relief efforts.
