摘要
为探讨巨大型蒲公英生物碱提取工艺的影响因素,确定其最佳提取工艺条件,采用超声波法进行单因素试验和正交试验确定巨大型蒲公英生物碱的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:巨大型蒲公英生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件是酒精浓度90%、料液比1∶14、提取时间25min、提取温度为70℃、超声波频率60Hz,在该工艺条件下蒲公英生物碱得率为0.129 9%,且提取巨大型蒲公英生物碱简便、稳定、可行。
A single-factor test and a orthogonal test influencing factors of extracting alkaloid from giant was conducted by ultrasonic method to explore the dandelions and confirm the optimum extraction technology. The results showed the optimum extraction conditions included 90 % alcohol, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 14, extraction time 25 minutes, extraction temperature 70℃, ultrasonic frequency 60 Hz. Under these conditions, the alkaloid yield would be up to 0. 129 9%. The optimum process was simple, stable and practical in the extraction of alkaloid from giant dandelion.
