摘要
采用单因素及正交试验方法考察超声波提取最佳工艺条件。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:提取温度50℃、超声波频率25 kHz、提取时间15 min、料液比1︰30,黑木耳多糖得率为14.28%。超声波法提取黑木耳多糖比传统水提醇沉法更具优势。
Polysaccharide was extracted from Auricularia auriculajudae and the technology conditions were optimized by single-factor studies and orthogonal experiments,at the temperature of 50℃,ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz,extraction time of 15 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30,the yield was 14.28%.Compare to the traditional water extraction and alcohol precipitation,ultrasonic extraction has more advantages.
