摘要
回顾了开放式创新、创新网络和技术创新文献,研究了开放式R&D、R&D网络和R&D能力的关系,结合三家典型企业20年间的技术创新实践进行了跨案例纵向研究。研究表明:开放式R&D、R&D网络与R&D能力相互促进,R&D能力起先导作用;构建了一体化开放式R&D、R&D网络和R&D能力互动关系模型,此关系随时间发展演进;R&D能力是自主技术创新的基础能力。并基于研究提出了相关命题。
The article reviews the evolution of open innovation, innovation network and technology innovation, dis- cusses the relationships between open R＆D, the R＆D networks and the R＆D ability, and carries out a cross-cas- es and longitudinal exploration by technology innovation practice of three typical enterprises for about 20 years. The study shows that open R＆D, R＆D network and R＆D capability are interacting, and R＆D capacity guides the direction. The article builds the integration interactive relationship model of open R＆D, R＆D network and R＆D capability. The model is evolving with time. R＆D ability is a sort of basis capacity of independent techno- logical innovation. The relevant basic propositions are proposed, and the findings have great theoretical and practical significance for enterprises fostering and developing independent innovation capability.
