High Frequency Link Inverter Using Combination Rectifiers

摘要 根据并网逆变器轻型化和需要电气隔离的要求,提出一种组合整流式高频环节逆变器。给出了该逆变器各开关器件控制信号产生的方式和逆变器主要的波形。分析了电路的工作模态。根据对变压器输入电压和逆变器输出电压波形的傅里叶分解,指出逆变器工作于高频状态,而逆变器输出电压可以采用LC滤波器得到正弦电压。比较了组合整流式逆变器和单极性高频脉冲交流环节逆变器,得出各自的优缺点。实验结果表明了所提逆变器具有优良的性能,适用于并网逆变器。 According to the requirement of grid-connected inverter whose tendency is light weight and isolation,this paper proposes a novel high frequency link inverter using combination tow rectifiers.The control scheme and main waveforms of the proposed inverter are given and the working mode is analyzed.According to the results of the Fourier decomposition of the input voltage of transformer and output voltage of the inverter,it can be shown that the transformer works in high frequency and sinusoidal voltage can be easily obtained through LC filter.The advantage and disadvantage of proposed inverter are obtained after comparing with uni-polarity inverter with conventional high frequency pulse AC link.The experimental results verify that the performance of proposed inverter is excellent and it can be used as grid-connected inverter.
