摘要
提出了一种新的适用于高频交流配电系统的移相全桥逆变器。新的主电路在变压器副边输出端加入谐振式滤波器。该逆变器具有以下优点:(1)输出高频恒压正弦波,THD小;(2)能从空载到阻性满载范围内实现主功率管零电压开关;(3)更低的电磁干扰。本文阐述了变换器的工作原理,讨论了超前和滞后开关管的软开关的实现条件,比较了提出的谐振式滤波器与传统的谐振式滤波器的不同点,给出了设计方法,并通过一台输出150V/120kHz/2200VA的实验样机验证了工作原理,最后给出了实验波形。实验结果与理论分析一致,证明了该拓扑和控制方案的可行性。
High frequency power distribution system are featured in high efficiency, low costs and low EMI. This paper proposes a novel phase-shifted control full-bridge inverter for such systems. Added a resonant filter to the secondary winding of the transformer, the proposed inverter has the following characteristics: (1) High-frequency output voltage with low THD; (2) ZVS achievement from no-load to resistive full-load; (3) Lower EMI. The operational principle of the inverter is analyzed and the ZVS achievement condition is discussed. The differences between the proposed and the traditional resonant filter are compared. The design method for the resonant filter is provided. A 150 V/120 kHz/2 200 VA output laboratory prototype is built to verify the operational principle of the inverter. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the topology and the control strategy.
