摘要
为了提高单井产量,苏里格南部气田SN0135-02井采用88.9mmTAP阀分段压裂改造工艺,固井方式采用一次上返固井方式,要求环空具备很高的封固质量,施工存在顶替效率低,长封固段(4114m)固井易漏失,后期钻探难度大,固井施工压力高,水泥石综合性能要求高等技术难题。为解决该问题,通过室内配方优化设计,形成了固井前置液体系、高强微珠低密高强水泥浆体系、胶乳水泥浆体系、固井后置液体系,SN0135-02井施工顺利,既满足返高要求也未发生漏失,未留水泥塞,固井优良率90%,满足分段压裂储层改造需要,为苏里格气田分段压裂改造成功实施提供了技术保障,提高了单井产量,具有较大推广价值。
In order to improve individual-well producing rate, Ф88.9mm TAP valve multilayer staged fracturing technology was applied in Sulige gas well SN0135-02, which requires good well cementation quality, a lot of difficulties existed in the process of well cementation, which includes low displacement efficiency, long seal section, difficult to dill out, high well cementation pressure and so on. In order to solve these problems, through cementing addictives optimization, the cementing ahead fluid system, high strength micro ball, low density & high strength cementing slurry system, latex cement system and the overflush fluid were developed. Field application results in staged fracturing of well SN0135-02 showed that the cementing quality of developed slurry system was very good, and no leakage occurred in the cementing process and satisfied the requirement of reservoir staged fracturing, the individual-well producing rate was improve. The technology was worth popularizing and applying.
