油井水泥降失水剂丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸共聚物的合成及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸(AMSS)为单体合成了油井水泥降失水剂P(AM/AMSS),用红外光谱分析证明合成了目标产物,但含有杂质。并对其性能进行了研究。该共聚物的初始分解温度为253℃,峰顶温度为293℃;耐温和抗盐性能明显好于其他AM类共聚物,在95℃、6.9 MPa压差条件下,当P(AM/AMSS)添加量为0.4%~0.9%(BWOC)时,水泥浆API失水量可以控制在100 mL以下;当P(AM/AMSS)添加量为0.7%(BWOC)、NaCl含量达到12%(BWOW)时,水泥浆API失水量仍然低于100mL。外加AM/AMSS共聚物的水泥浆的稠化时间可用CaCl_2调节。在水泥浆中添加P(AM/AMSS)和CaCl_2可调节水泥浆的流动度和析水率,改善水泥石的24 h抗压强度。 Poly(AM-co-AMSS) fluid loss reducer for oi well cementing were synthesized from acrylamide (AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-phenylethylsulfonic acid (AMSS), its structure and performance were characterized. The IR analysis indicated that it's the objective copolymer but having some impurities. The DTA eurve showed that its initial decomposation temperature is 253℃ and the peak temperature is 293℃. The tests of performance indicated that this copolymer is more stable than other AM copolymers at higher temperature and salt concentration. Under the condition of 95℃ and 6.9 MPa, the API fluid loss of the cement mortar containing containing this copolymer could be controlled at less than 100 mL when the concentration of this copolymer in the mortar is 0.4%-0.9% (BWOC).While the concentration of this copolymer in mortar is 0.7% (BWOC), the API fluid loss of this copolymer mortar is still less than 100 mL even though the concentration of NaCl in the mortar is 12%(BWOW). The consistent time of this copolymer mortar could be adjusted by adding CaCl_2. And simultaneously the fluidity and the water bleeding rate of this mortar could be regulated, as well as the intensity of the coagulated cement could be improved by adding CaCl_2.
