摘要
目的分析卡介菌多糖核酸在治疗耐多药肺结核中的作用及效果,探索化疗联合免疫法在耐多药肺结核治疗中的应用。方法 103例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予单纯化疗,治疗组在对照组化疗的基础上加以卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,疗程为18个月。结果治疗组3、9、18个月的痰菌阴转率分别为53.8%、73.1%、84.6%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验末治疗组的病灶吸收率为80.8%、空洞闭合好转率为71.2%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组的不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸能明显提高痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合好转率;卡介菌多糖核酸是一种良好的免疫调节剂,可用于耐多药肺结核的免疫疗法。
Objective To analyze the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on multidrug resistant tuberculosis,and to study the application of chemotherapy combined with immune therapy in multidrug resistant tuberculosis.Methods One hundred and three patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given chemotherapy alone,while the treatment group received additional BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on the basis of chemotherapy for 18 months.Results At the end of 3,9,and 18 months,the sputum negative conversion rates of the treatment group were 53.8%,73.1%,and 84.6%,respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01).Lesions absorption rate and cavity closure and improvement rate of the treatment group were 80.8% and 71.2%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01).No statistically significant difference was found in adverse reaction rates between the treatment group and the control group(P〉0.05).Conclusions BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid can significantly improve sputum conversion negative rate,lesions absorption rate,cavity closure and improvement rate.BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid is a good immune regulator,which can be used in immunotherapy for multidrug resistant tuberculosis.
