摘要
目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对复治肺结核的治疗疗效。方法分析比较卡介菌多糖核酸加抗结核药物联用及单纯抗结核药物治疗复治肺结核的疗效。结果对照组痰菌阴转率72.5%,病灶吸收好转率50.0%,空洞闭合率52.2%;治疗组中痰菌阴转率χ2=5.9 968,P<0.05,病灶吸收好转率χ2=10.3 075,P<0.01,空洞闭合率χ2=6.1 940,P﹤0.05。抗结核药物加卡介菌多糖核酸较单纯抗结核药物的疗效好。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂与化疗药物联合应用可提高治疗耐多药结核病及其他难治复治病例的疗效,使用安全,并可提高耐多药结核病患者的免疫功能。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid on treatment of relapse tuberculosis.Method Analyze and compare the efficacy of combination of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid and anti-tuberculosis drugs and simple antituberculosis drugs on retreatment of tuberculosis.Results The negative conversion rates of sputum in control group was 72.5%,the focus absorption rate was 50.0%,and the cavity closure rate was 52.2%.The negative conversion rates of sputum in treatment group was χ2=5.9968,P0.05,the focus absorption rate was χ2=10.3 075,P0.01,and the cavity closure rate was χ2=6.1 940,P﹤0.05.The efficacy of combination medication of anti-tuberculosis drugs and BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid was better than that of anti-TB drugs alone.Conclusions Combination medication of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid injections and chemotherapy drugs could improve the efficacy of treatment of MDR-TB and other refractory and re treatment cases.It＇s safe in use,and could also improve the immune function of patients with MDR-TB.
