摘要
采用紫外分光光度计测定薯蓣皂甙元含量,确定薯蓣皂甙元的最大吸收波长为452 nm,最佳实验条件为:5%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液的加量0.2 mL,高氯酸溶液的加量0.7 mL,水浴温度80℃,水浴时间15 min,放置时间20 min。精密度实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.123%,加标回收率实验的平均回收率为99.5%。该方法具有操作简便、稳定性好、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点。
By UV spectrophotometry the maximum wavelength of diosgenin was determined at 452 nm, and the optimized experiment conditions were studied: 5 % vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution dosage of 0.2 mL,high acid solution dosage of 0.7 mL,water bath temperature of 80 ℃ ,water bath time of 15 min, storage time of 20 min. The RSD of precision experiment was 1.123 %, and the average recovery of experiment adding standard could be 99.5 %.The method was simple, stable, sensitive, and reproduced well.
