摘要
对国内药物分析在2015～2017年的主要进展情况进行评述。内容包括高效液相色谱法,气相色谱法,毛细管电泳法,薄层色谱法,分光光度法和其他分析方法等。在此基础上,对高效液相色谱法与气相色谱法的前处理方法,色谱柱,固定相以及不同的联用技术进行分别评述,对各种分析方法的应用领域,发展趋势进行简要评述。
The progress of domestic works on pharmaceutical analysis between 2015 and 2017 was reviewed.Analysis methods including high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),gas chromatography(GC),capillary electrophoresis(CE),thin-layer chromatography(TLC),spectrophotometry and so on have been discussed in the review.Besides,sample pretreatment,chromatographic columns,stationary phase and various united technologies of HPLC and GC were reviewed,respectively.And the application fields as well as the trends of development about all kinds of analytical methods were included.
