雾化吸入复方黄芩煎剂治疗重型颅脑损伤23例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察雾化吸入复方黄芩煎剂对重型颅脑损伤患者临床疗效的影响。方法:将46例患者随机分为2组各23例,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组接受常规治疗加用雾化吸入复方黄芩煎剂。治疗第4天测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量;治疗14天后评价其脑水肿的改善程度。结果:治疗第4天,治疗组MDA含量低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗14天后脑水肿改善总有效率治疗组为69.6%,对照组为43.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者雾化吸入复方黄芩煎剂有较好疗效,其机制可能与其抗自由基有关。
