摘要
对均匀和非均匀热流边界条件下螺旋管内湍流换热进行了数值模拟,结果表明:当螺旋管表面加热功率一定时,相同Re数下均匀热流边界条件时螺旋管截面周向局部Nu数高于非均匀热流边界条件;非均匀热流边界下充分发展段的平均Nu数小于均匀热流边界;相同的De数下,曲率较小的螺旋管换热系数大。
Numerical simulation of the turbulent heat transfer in helically coiled tube was performed under the uniform and non - uniform heat flux boundary conditions. The results show that, when the same heating power is applied and the Re number is the same, the local Nu number of the helical tube under uniform heat flux is higher than that under non - uniform heat flux. The average Nu number in turbulent fully developed region under non - uniform heat flux is lower than that under uniform heat flux condition. For non - uniform heat flux condition, when Dean number is the same, the turbulent heat transfer cocffieient of small curvature is higher.
