摘要
运用数值模拟的方法对错排环布圆管翅片式换热板芯进行了研究,在300<Re<4 800的范围内对几种结构的速度场、温度场、局部Nu数分布、横向(即各圆周横截面上的)平均Nu数分布进行了比较分析.同时也对横向平均Nu数随Re数的变化,以及它与管排数的关系进行了研究,为该结构与直排圆管翅片式换热板芯作比较提供了理论依据,并对此结构的进一步研究奠定了基础.
The flow and heat transfer over the staggered circular arrangement of circular tube bank fin heat exchanger has been investgated by numerical analysis in the Reynolds number range of 300-4800. The flow field, temperature field,local Nusselt number and the span-averaged Nusselt number of the different structures are compared and analysed. The span-averaged Nusselt number changing with the Reynolds number and its relationship with tube rows are also studied in the paper. The study provides the theoretical foundation for the comparison between the circular and straight arrangement of circular tube bank fin heat exchanger.
