摘要
目的:优选常规、微波和超声波辅助减压回流提取淫羊藿总黄酮的提取工艺,比较3种减压提取工艺的提取效率。方法:以淫羊藿苷提取率为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验分别优化常规、微波和超声波辅助减压回流的提取工艺条件。结果:常规减压回流提取最佳工艺为真空度0.07 MPa,提取3次,每次20 min,淫羊藿苷提取率88.06%;微波辅助减压回流提取最佳工艺为提取功率500 W,提取2次,每次20 min,淫羊藿苷提取率93.27%;超声波辅助减压回流提取最佳工艺为提取功率200 W,提取2次,每次10 min,淫羊藿苷提取率94.16%。结论:3种减压回流提取法均优于常压回流提取法,实际生产中应综合考虑制剂需求、生产成本、环境保护等方面,选择具有高效性、污染小、节能、操作简便特点的方法。
Objective: To optimize conventional,microwave and ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technologies for total from Epimedium brevicornu,and compare extraction efficiency of this 3 technologies. Method: Taking yield of icariin as index,L9(3^4) orthogonal test was used to optimize conventional,microwave and ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technologies. Result: Optimum technology conditions of conventional vacuum reflux extraction were as followings:vacuum degree 0.07 MPa,extracted 3 times with 20 minutes each time,yield of icariin 88.06%.Optimum conditions of microwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technology were:extraction power 500 W,extracted 2 times with 20 minutes per time,extraction rate of icariin was 93.27%.Optimum conditions of ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum extraction technology were:extraction power 200 W,extracted 2 times with 10 minutes per time,extraction rate of icariin was 94.16%. Conclusion: These three vacuum reflux processes were all better than atmospheric reflux extraction.In practical application,we should choose process with high efficiency,little pollution,energy saving,convenient operation.
