摘要
本文对烽火角水系的水文特性进行了分析研究,建立了烽火角水系河道一维水力计算数学模型,对烽火角水系现状、河道清障、河道疏浚水面线进行了分析计算。计算结果表明,河道占滩和淤积是影响河道行洪的主要因素,与现状相比,河道清障后水面线下降0.4-0.6m,河道疏浚后水面线下降0.1-0.2m,通过清除河滩上的障碍物和疏浚河道,可以大幅降低水面线,降低堤防高度,节省投资。提出采用清障筑堤为主,适当清淤疏浚的方案对烽火角水系中下游河道进行整治。
Hydrological characteristics of the FengHuojiao river system were analyzed,and a one-dimensional mathematical model was established to calculate the water surface curve of FengHuojiao river system in three situations: the present river situation,obstacle clearing in flood plain situation and channel dredging situation.The results show that obstacle in flood plain and river silting are the main factors influencing the flood carrying capacity.Compared with the present river,the water surface curve decreased 0.4~0.6m after cleared obstacle in flood plain,and decreased 0.1~0.2m again after dredged channel.It suggests that clearing obstacle in flood plain and dredging the channel can greatly lower the water surface curve,which will reduce the height of flood to control levee and save investment.The paper suggests the following scheme of river regulation in FengHuojiao River system,including clearing obstacle in flood plain and heightening levee,and appropriate channel dredging.
