摘要
目的:利用文本挖掘技术探索人参相关病证方药相应规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献服务系统中收集治疗人参文献数据,采用数据分层算法,挖掘人参相关疾病、证候、方剂等规律,并利用Cytoscape 2.8软件进行可视化展示。结果:人参相关疾病以心力衰竭、糖尿病为核心;证候以气阴两虚为核心;代表方剂有人参汤、人参养荣汤等;人参常用配伍药有麦冬、黄芩等。结论:文本挖掘能够比较客观的总结病证方药规律,为临床应用提供有益的探索和参考。
Objective: To Explore the corresponding relationship between prescription and syndrome on ginseng with text mining technique. Methods: The data set on ginseng was downloaded from CBM database. The Rules of prescription and herb corresponding to disease and syndrome on ginseng were mined out by data slicing algorithm. The results are showed visually with Cytoscape 2. 8 software. Results: Ginseng was usually used in diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. Deficiency of qi and yin was the main syndrome of ginseng. The classic formula was focus on the functions of replenishing qi, blood, yin and yang. The formulas such as Ginseng Decoction, Ginseng tonic Decoction, etc. were commonly used. Ginseng was often used with herbs such as liriope, scutellaria and so on. Conclusions: Text mining approach provides an important method in exploring the rules of prescription and herb corresponding to disease and syndrome.
