利用文本挖掘分析手足口病中西医治疗现状 被引量:8

Therapeutic status of hand-foot-mouth disease studied through text mining

摘要 目的研究手足口病中西医治疗规律。方法在中国生物医学文献服务系统中收集治疗手足口病文献数据,采用基于敏感关键词频数统计的数据分层算法,挖掘数据集中证候、症状、中药,以及中成药和西药联用规律。这些结果通过一维频次及构建网络图进行展示。结果手足口病的证候多与热、湿、毒因素相关;核心症状是发热、疱疹和口腔溃疡;中药治疗以金银花、连翘、生石膏、竹叶、淡竹叶、甘草、大青叶、黄芩等为核心用药;中成药最常用的是清开灵、双黄连、痰热清,康复新液常用于口腔溃疡的治疗;西药以抗病毒为原则,利巴韦林最常用;中成药与西药联用最常用的方案是利巴韦林加痰热清。结论利用文本挖掘总结手足口病中西医治疗方法是一种新的探索和尝试。 Objective To study the therapeutic laws of Chinese and Western medicinal in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods The literature data of treatment of HFMD were collected from Chinese biomedicine literature service system. The syndromes, symptoms, and Chinese medicinal with centralized data, and laws of Chinese patent medicines combining Western medicinal were mined by applying data hierarchy algorithm based on frequency statistics of sensitive key words. All results were demonstrated through one - dimensional frequency and building network graphs. Results The syndromes of HFMD were mostly related to heat, phlegm and toxin and core symptoms included fever, herpes and mouth ulcer. The Chinese medicinal as core ones for treating HFMD' were mainly Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae ), Shengshigao (crude Gypsum Fibrosum ), Zhuye (Lophatheri), Danzhuye (Herba Lophatheri ), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae ), Daqingye (Folium lsatidis) and Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae ). The most common Chinese patent medicines were Qingkailing Injection, Shuanghuanglian Injection and Tanreqing Injection, and Kangfuxin Oral Solution was generally used for mouth ulcer. Western medicinal was used mainly for anti-virus and the most common one was ribavirin. The most common combination of Chinese and Western medicinal were ribavirin combining Tanreqing Injection. Conclusion Text mining is a new exploration and trial in the treatment of HFMD with Chinese and Western medicinal.
