摘要
目的:观察化浊解毒愈疡汤对浊毒内蕴型胃溃疡大鼠TNF-α、胃黏膜SOD表达的影响,探讨其治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、西药治疗组、中药高、低剂量组5组,每组12只,对照组正常饲养,其余组均制造成实验性浊毒内蕴型胃溃疡大鼠模型,造模成功后,给予35d治疗,处死大鼠之后检测各组大鼠胃溃疡指数及血清TNF-α、胃黏膜SOD含量的变化。结果:模型组与正常组比较大鼠血清TNF-α含量升高(P<0.05),胃黏膜SOD含量降低;治疗组均能较模型组TNF-α降低(P<0.05),胃黏膜SOD含量升高,胃溃疡面积亦明显减小(P<0.01)。结论:化浊解毒愈疡汤可以降低胃溃疡大鼠血清TNF-α含量,升高胃黏膜SOD含量,从而达到治疗目的。
Objective：To observe the effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Yuyang soup intrinsic effect of gastric ulcer in rat TNF-α expression of turbidity toxin, and explore the mechanism of treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods-50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： control group, model group, treatment group, western medicine, small dose group. 10 rats in each group, the control group of normal feeding, the rest groups were made into experimental Zhuodu intrinsic model of gastric ulcer rats, after the success of modeling, given 35 days after treatment; the rats were sacrificed to detect changes of rats gastric ulcer index and serum TNF-α, SOD content in the stomach mucosa. Results： In the model group compared with normal group rats serum TNF-α deercased（P 〈 0. 05 ） , gastric mucosal SOD content decreased; the treatment group were compared with model group（P 〈 0.05 ） ; increase the SOD content in gastric mucosa, gastric ulcer area also decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conelusion：Huazhuo Jiedu Yuyang decoction can reduce the content of serum TNF- in rats with gastric ulcer, increase the SOD content in gastric mucosa, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.
