Effects of Aerobatic Exercise and Strength Training on the Body Composition and Bone Bensity of the Elder People

摘要 本研究旨在通过调研和身体素质测试的方法,比较长期从事有氧运动和两种方式结合锻炼的两种中老年人各种素质指标之间的差异,研究两种锻炼方式对中老年人身体素质的影响。通过问卷调查将社区50-60岁居民120人(均为男性)分为有氧锻炼组(60人),两者结合组(60人)。在锻炼前后各进行两次体质测试,比较各指标均值差异。研究结果:适量规律的力量训练和有氧锻炼可以提高中老年人的身体素质,对心肺功能有一定的正向作用。 Objective: In this study, an analysis was taken to compare the physical fitness average values among the 2group objects which were selected through a questionnaire survey: aerobatic training group (AT), AT combined with ST(AS)to study the effect of two kinds of exercises on elder people physical fitness. Method: One hundred and twenty elder people aged 50 -60 years was divide into aerobatic training group(AT) (60人), AT combined with ST(AS)group (60 人). In addition, a training program lasting for 12 weeks was arranged on the objects not undertaking systematic exercises. Before and after the experimental training the fitness tests were undertaken and the indexes of the fitness tests were compared. Conclusion: Suitable and regular resistance training could enhance the eiders work endurance, produce beneficial effects to their aerobic work capacity and produce optimal effects to their cardiac function.
