摘要
文章从开放型经济对提升技术水平与创新能力的影响进行了相关分析。以对技术水平的消化吸收与创新能力为线索,分别梳理了贸易与资本流动对于提升区域经济发展技术水平的潜在影响,以及放大这一影响效果所需要具备的基础条件与有效途径。最后,对于利用现有理论指导滨海新区对外开放门户建设进行了展望。
This paper studies how the development of open economy promotes technological upgrading and innovations. International trade and capital flows are the most important factors which also need some basic conditions to make the innovation of the host nation keep efficient. At the end suggestions about the development of Binhai New Area are introduced.
