摘要
对教师学习的研究应该用哲学的思维态度,即认识批判去思考教师质变学习如何可能的问题。如果将现实的教师学习置于成人教育的视域结构中,教师学习不仅有很大的缺失,而且教师的质变学习也因缺席而"不在场"。因此,通过教师学习的视域结构分析找到教师学习的现实缺失,从而论证教师质变学习的"在场"是由教师学习的作为人的发展价值取向所决定的,以学者想象的"思想实验"方式进一步讨论了教师质变学习的支架与路径。
Research on teachers learning should keep a philosophical attitude of thought, that is, think of teachers trans- formative learning how to be possible. Based on the perspective of philosophy of adult education, it is not difficult to find that teachers transformative learning is lack or absent in fact. Through the analysis of the structure of teachers learning, this paper demonstrates the value orientation of the development of man leads to the presence of teachers transformative learning, and further discusses the structure and path of teachers transformative learning with thought experiment of scholars.
