摘要
采用正交试验与CAE技术,分析了浇口形状、浇口的截面递减率、浇口断面积和冷却水路分布对塑件翘曲变形的影响,将优化的成型工艺参数应用于塑件的成型,通过试模,生产出了合格的塑件。
The warpage deformation of plastic parts affected by the gate shape and the de clining rate and the area of the gate crosssection and the distribution of cooling water channels was analyzed by combing orthogonal experiment with CAE technology. The opti mal moulding process parameters were applied to the moulding of plastic parts.
